Cedar River Yoga is an accessible yoga center that adapts for ALL levels of practitioners; from beginner to advanced and modified options in-between. We teach principles of historical & modern yoga rooted in the foundations of the Ghosh Yoga College of India.
So what makes us different?
We don't just instruct poses, we teach the concepts of how bodies move and work in postures. Classes are thoughtfully individualized to the group of students in attendance.
Students will practice safe and functional movement, learn muscle control with components of strength, flexibility and relaxation. Pranayama (breath control) & meditation classes are also offered to cultivate a curious mind for yogic progress as well as for stress and anxiety relief.
Our community is compassionate and welcoming. We offer affordable memberships so all students can practice.
