As movement specialists (registered physiotherapist and kinesiologist), we recognize the importance of a well-rounded routine that addresses various aspects of physical health and function (balance/coordination, strength, cardio, mobility, stability, flexibility, breathwork, awareness/proprioception). We've got all your bases covered.

All you have to do is sign up, and show up :)
Join us 5 days/week, for 3 weeks.
Expect to be challenged (it's called a challenge, right?!), and expect to feel amazing.
