Class Schedule

We'd love to meet you in person!

Cedar River Yoga offers 3 regular group classes a week, open to the public. 

All classes are held at Cedar River Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre (3222 Munroe Street, Terrace BC).

Classes typically run in 5-6 week blocks, with options to pre-register for the entire session, or simply drop-in when you can!

Classes and Descriptions

(All classes are 75min in length, and are suitable for all levels)

Mondays 7:00 - 8:15pm DEEP

Relax your body, unwind your mind. Inspired by Yin and Restorative styles of yoga, this class consists of a slower pace, gentle flows, longer holds, and therapeutic assists to allow for deeper exploration of healing poses, and to invite passive opening of connective tissues in the body.  Learn the basics of mindful movement and breath to improve mobility and flexibility, find balance, and feel ease. Great for beginners, those with physical injuries/ailments, or those simply looking to add some sweetness to their busy plate.

Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:15pm HATHA

This is a class for every body. Hatha yoga is an encompassing term for the physical practice of yoga – which aims to align your entire body (muscles, bones, nerves, etc). This class is inspired by the Moksha yoga series – a therapeutically designed and researched sequence of poses – it will tone and stretch your body, improve your breathing, and calm your mind. Equally invigorating as it is accessible. Perfect for… You!

Fridays 5:45 - 7:00pm FLOW

A foundational flow class to get you out of your head and into your body. This is an alignment-based vinyasa class that emphasizes linking breath with movement - we'll explore more dynamic and integrative poses in a challenging but fun sequence. Great for active and able-bodied individuals who wish to work in, while they work out. This by-donation class (which means pay what you can!) also supports different local charities and organizations each month. So come do yourself and your community some good!
