This is a slower paced practice to encourage deeper exploration of therapeutic poses, deeper connection to the breath and body, and the effective release of - you guessed it - deeper layers of connective tissue. Based on restorative and yin styles of practice - expect longer holds, gentle flows, slower transitions, and props. (Suitable for beginners, those with physical injuries/ailments, or those simply looking to add some sweetness to their busy plate).
